About Us

Xtreme Trans4mation (XT4 Crew) was created out of passion to have teens meet Christ in a unique and challenging way.  Nina Jones, MBA, CPA has spent the last eleven years managing and organizing over sixty Camps, National Conferences and Corporate Functions for major regional clients.

In this experience, she developed a passion to focus her energies in providing an alternative to the traditional style – but challenge teens (and adults) to seek Christ at a deeper level and change their lives from that point on.

The camps are designed in two different styles that will bring an appeal across many different cultures and backgrounds.

Nina’s Personal Bio:

Nina Jones is the founder and President/CEO of Nina D. Jones, CPA as well as founder of Xtreme Trans4mation.  Her work experience started in corporate America with a large corporation, moved to a family owned small business and recently was the Director of Finance for a national non profit organization.  This experience spanned over 19 years of business experience where she managed a staff, built systems and procedures from the ground up and gained knowledge in various industries.

Through her experience, she found a niche responding to inquiries from smaller organizations that needed guidance, but was not able to afford the daily expense of an in-house Controller.  Her background has afforded her the opportunity to work with many different areas of a company such as legal matters, human resource, insurance and risk management that adds value to her accounting and finance strength.  In addition, she developed strong computer skills in learning various accounting packages, and developing systems to strengthen the foundation of the organization.

Nina has a BBA in Accounting, MBA in Management and has received her CPA.  In working with the non profit organization, she developed additional skills in strategic planning and analysis, as well as project management – especially with conferences.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Accountants, serves on several boards, and has been a speaker at the Christian Management Association Conference 2003 and AWANA conferences in past years.

Meet our Camp Directors

Russell and Ruth Foreman have a love and passion for the Lord Jesus Christ serving in youth and other ministries for over 14 years.

The Foremans have conducted workshops in 24-7 youth ministries throughout the state of Texas; Illinois; Okalahoma; Arkansas;’ Louisiana; Missouri; and Arizona.  They are also guest speakers for conferences, banquets, youth rallies, and youth ministries events.  They are trained and have trained many leaders in youth ministries for over 14 years. As 24-7 Youth Ministry Specialists, Russell and Ruth are responsible for training youth pastors and leaders with this program.  They have trained youth directors and leaders throughout the Texas region that extends from East Texas to Abilene.    They also give overviews of the 24-7 youth ministry program to senior pastors and youth pastors/directors throughout Texas.

They are also currently the camp directors for XT4 camp.  They have over 13 years of camp experience as camp directors and activity directors.   Partnering with Nina Jones, they have a desire to see young people nurtured as foundational leaders for Jesus Christ.  They are excited about the vision for a long range plan to help come along side their youth ministries and parents in preparing and equipping them for Christian leadership in the 21st century.

Russell and Ruth are currently leaders at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship, Dallas Texas under the pastorate of Dr. Tony Evans.  They were also previous directors of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship’s (OCBF) JV and Varsity AWANA program.  It’s unique because it teaches youth to learn and memorize scripture; challenges them to seek the Word of God in their lives, circumstances, and situations; and most of all they learn concepts of being team players while having fun. Currently, they serve as leaders of OCBF.

Russell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, as a business analyst for a major corporation.  Ruth has a Masters of Arts in Government Administration, and is currently a homeschool mom and a Realtor. Ruth's web site is www.rapidsellers.com/rforeman.  They have one son, RJ, whom they love and adore.

One of the Foreman’s favorite hobbies is learning about different cultures.  They have been blessed to have international experiences through traveling to various places in the United States, Greece, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Morocco, London, and Israel.

Testimonials

Nina is great...it's just that simple.  We have done hundreds of conferences and camps and we don't know anyone who works harder or does a better job of taking care of the details for different events.  She also takes care of the people involved in the events in an incredible way.  Add to that her Christ-like attitude and strong moral ethics and you have an event coordinator that can't be beat.  We highly recommend Nina Jones for your next event...you won't regret it!

-Tommy Woodard and Eddie James, The Skitguys

Nina is great at handling details and did so for me for eight years with our national conference hosted by The Urban Alternative.  By hiring Nina you would not go wrong with her financial skills and her ability to bring together all the pieces smoothly.

- Dr. Tony Evans
  CEO, The Urban Alternative

"For event management and planning, I highly recommend Nina Jones.  She has assisted WisdomWorks for over three years with nearly fifty events nationwide in a variety of venues.  If you are looking for a friendly smile with an eye for detail and attention to the bottom line, you need to look no further."

- Mark Matlock
  CEO, WisdomWorks Ministries, Inc.
